The Artisan Journey

Born from a profound respect for the soil, the farmer, and the craft.

Roots in the Earth

Amber & Oak began in a small garage with a 1kg drum roaster and a simple philosophy: honor the bean. We spent years traveling to high-altitude farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Costa Rica, building direct relationships with families who harvest coffee with generational knowledge.

Our aesthetic—warm wood, matte ceramics, and soft lighting—is a direct reflection of the natural environments where our coffee thrives. We wanted to bring the grounded, earthy feeling of a coffee farm directly into your morning ritual.

Craft over Commerce

We do not rush. Every batch is roasted manually by artisans who rely on their senses rather than automated profiles. The sound of the first crack, the evolving aroma from grassy to sweet amber, and the precise shade of brown—these dictate our process.

When you brew Amber & Oak, you are participating in a slow, deliberate chain of craft that spans continents.
